Yeller is a wonderful fellow that arrived in rescue just recently when his owner was unable to care for him any longer. This fellow is an easy guy to have around and he does not seem to fuss about anything. Yeller loves children and would make a great family dog. He is housebroken and well mannered indoors. Yeller is a fairly laid back guy indoors, but does like to run and play when he's out. He is friendly and social with other dogs, and seems to get bullied fairly easily as Yeller is not a forward or confrontational fellow. He is very respectful of other dogs, and is very sweet natured and friendly. Yeller seems to easily fit in with any other dogs he meets. He is not good with cats and would be best in a cat-free home. Yeller has now mastered "sit", and is working on learning how to "down" on command. Yeller is quite willing to follow along on leash - he does not pull and despite having little leash experience, is very easy to walk. He is gentle enough that the children in his foster home can walk him, and he is very content to follow along on walks. He is best not run off leash, as he can be a "difficult guy to catch!" - He is not a wanderer, he just really loves to run when the opportunity to do a few laps presents itself. Yeller loves all people - big and small. He is excellent with kids, and has a wonderfully sweet temperment! Yeller is a very gentle boy with a truly unique look. He is one of the softest tempered dogs that has ever come through this rescue! Yeller is very gentle, loving and kind. Yeller is an easy guy to have around, and this low-key, laid back fellow would be a great addition to any family! (Indoor
