Sapphire is a very special girl who was dumped at the city pound with a litter of seven puppies! Sapphire's pups were adopted out with assistance from the Brandon Humane Society, and Sapphire has found her way into our care. She is a wonderful dog who likes everyone and is good with both cats and dogs. Sapphire has just finished raising her pups and is scheduled to be spayed on February 9th, 2012. She will be available for adoption following her spay. Sapphire has spent months caring for her pups and now that her mothering days are over - she is enjoying being a puppy herself! Sapphire loves to run and play, and she can be quite the clown. She likes to jump and play in the snow (and with it too!) Sapphire loves to play and enjoys running laps outside. She has a great spirit and a happy disposition. Sapphire isn't very old and her young age does shine through when she plays. Sapphire is a happy girl who has made quite an impression on everyone! She likes everyone she meets and just lives for attention. When she is not in a silly, playful mood, she can be quite snuggly! Sapphire loves her people and will roll over quickly for a belly rub if one is offered. Sapphire does need a little work on leash. She is already catching on, but the whole idea is still new. This young girl is a very nice size - she has a thick, solid build - but is only a medium-sized dog. This young girl has raised seven puppies and now she is ready to enjoy life as a young girl with a fun and carefree attitude! (Indoor Home Only!)
