Sporting a mohawk and one crazy coat is a whole lot of personality wrapped into one little package! This little guy has it all - he's friendly, silly, playful, affectionate, spunky, fun! Jolt has settled into his foster home and now that he has a chance to run and play, he settles quite well in the evenings. He is a get-up-and-go sort of fellow, and he does get excited in the mornings - he's ready to wake up, see the sunshine and start the day! Jolt loves to play - he plays wonderfully with the other dogs in his foster home. He is great with bigger dogs, but had a schnauzer mix to play with for a while who was one of his very best friends! Jolt may be small but he's able to keep up with bigger dogs - and he isn't afraid of anything. He likes to wrestle and tug with them too! Jolt is also fostered with a few felines, and he completely ignores the cats. (He was fully prepared to take on the horses, but after a second look at their size he decided it wasn't the best idea.) Jolt adores toys and play with anyone willing to participate in the game and if no one wants to play - he'll take the toys and make a game himself! He is a typical terrier who is fearless - and he does need reminders at times that he is not the boss. He does get quite worked up around lawnmowers, trimmers and the like - so he is best kept clear of them. Jolt loves to be brushed and he does nibble or nip when you get close to his tail, but his foster mom said he's just trying to help you with the grooming! Jolt loves having his tummy brushed too! Jolt is kennel trained and almost trips over himself to go in when he sees a cookie! He is very food and treat motivated, and his foster mom says he learns very quickly. He is a neat little dog who has shown that he can settle well with exercise. Jolt is housebroken and well mannered indoors. All in all, he's a wonderful little dog and would be prefect for any terrier lover that is familiar with the breed! (Indoor Home Only!)
