One look at this little lady and you can see she's a happy girl! Jillie is a friendly and social young girl. She was surrendered to rescue when her owners were unable to care for her due to busy scheduling. Jille spent a lot of time on her own, and as a result she is behind in her training. She needs work on leash and she is learning housemanners and basic commands. Jillie loves people and she is good with kids. She does jump up a fair bit and might be a better candidate for older children, as she is not completely clear on good manners with small kids! This is currenly a work in progress and Jillie is catching on very quickly. Jillie bonds quickly and closely with her people and she is very eager to please. She can be quite needy and she is a little shadow that always wants to be close by. Jillie has a lot of potential, and she is learning quickly. She is working on her housebreaking and basic commands with her foster mom. Jillie has excellent off leash recall, but struggles a little with the leash. This young girl figured out the crate quite quickly - she goes in without a fuss and settles quickly. She is a sweet dog who strives to make her owners happy. She is catching on to new things very quickly and should not be difficult to train. Jillie loves other dogs and really enjoys any opportunity to run and play with another canine. She is also good with cats and does not bother them at all. Jillie does need a little work, but with a little time and attention, she will make someone a lovely dog. Her disposition is excellent and she is an all around fun-loving dog. (Indoor Home Only.)
