Higgins is a very gentle and loving young fella who has recently come into rescue. Higgins is a Lab/Husky blend who is only a medium-sized dog. He is a beautiful boy who has a very sweet personality. Higgins is very affectionate and he has a playful side, but it take a little time to surface. He is a bit unsure of himself and needs a little bit of a confidence boost. Higgins has very little experience on leash and does not understand what it's all about just yet. He is just beginning to learn and with a little patience and coaxing, he is coming along. Higgins is a fairly easy-going fella for his young age, but he has not had a lot of training of life experience just yet. One he settles into his foster home, we anticipate we will see a lot of quick progress. Higgins is very eager to please and he does love to interact with people. He tends to run between your legs when he isn't sure about something and seeks reassurance from his people. Higgins is very loving and bonds quickly. We will update his description soon with more information about his housemanners and training once he has settled into his new foster home. This young boy is very sweet and with a little time and training, he will make a truly wonderful companion! (Indoor Home Only!)
