These
babies are the surviving puppies of an unplanned litter born and living outdoors in these recent freezing temperatures. With the extreme windchills as of late, only half of the puppies in this litter were able to make it through the severe cold spell. The owner of the pups contacted us recently hoping to avoid any further tragedy, and the babies made their way into rescue at a very young five weeks of age. These little ones have grown in the three weeks over Christmas, and have now had their health checks and vaccinations - and they're all ready to go into their new forever homes! The puppies contain an odd mix of breeds - and it's quite difficult to determine how big the puppies will be when they are grown. We suspect they will be a medium sized dog, somewhere around 30lbs (give or take). The puppies are still very small and we can not make guarantees on their size. All of the puppies are learning very quickly in their foster homes. We will update the website shortly with a sentence or two about each of these adorable pups. (Indoor
Home Only!)
