Gipper was adopted from Funds for Furry Friends back in 2006 at the age of two. Gipper came back into rescue when his former owner's lifestyle changed, and he was being left alone a lot. He was lucky enough to find a place with the same family that fostered him five years ago! Gipper has done quite well in his foster home so far. He has been a pretty quiet dog so far, and has been a bit on the timid side. He warms up quickly and settled well in his kennel the first night - after a little coaxing to go in. Gipper was left loose in the kitchen in his former home. This little dog travels well in the car, and loves to get his leash and go for walks too. Gipper is a real velcro dog and sticks to his foster mom like glue. He really needs his own set of toes ot keep warm! Gipper has been excellent with the dogs and cats in his foster home, and even reacted well to the neighbor's dog when he came bounding over to say hello! He completely ignores cats, and acts as if they are not even there. Gipper is currently fostered with a toddler and would do well in a home with children. So far he has been a wonderful boy, who likes to shadow his foster mom everywhere she goes. He is dying for cuddles and affection and would love to have a home where he can get lots of it! (Indoor Home Only!)
