FUNDRAISING!

Fundraising is a wonderful way to raise money for the rescue.  It gives the opportunity to get involved with the community and help to raise awareness about Funds For Furry Friends and our mission.  Anyone can help and there are several ways to get involved!
HOST AN EVENT
There are many options for events that anyone can host, big or small, they all make a difference.
  • Bake sales
  • Garage sales
  • Walk or run days
  • Special occasions such as birthdays or Christmas
  • Wedding Registry
  • Online Facebook fundraisers
  • School events
  • Door to Door canvasing
  • And more!!

EMPLOYEE GIVING
There are options in your workplace that can help you to get involved with fundraising.  Be sure to confirm with management or HR before planning an event.
  • Automatic payroll deductions (some businesses will auto deduct charitable contributions each payroll)
  • Donation matching (check with HR about your place of business matching any charitable donations raised)
  • Charity of the Week ( choose a local charity to raise money and donate weekly or monthly)
  • Casual dress day (choose one day per week or month where you can have a casual dress day, each person participating can donate anywhere from $1 or more and it can be sent to local charities)
CORPORATE GIVING
Do you, or someone you know own a local business?  You can join forces with Funds For Furry Friends and we can help support each other!
  • Your business becomes more known in the community
  • We receive more awareness as a rescue
  • Your business will benefit from our advertising of events or fundraisers held by you
  • We partner up with another great company for more future opportunities

JOIN AN EVENT
Funds for Furry Friends holds regular events every year to help gather donations, show off our adoptable pets and help raise awareness in the community.  Any volunteers are welcome to join our events and help out!
