THIRD ANNUAL "CAGED FOR CRITTERS" EVENT MAY 29th, 2010 9:00am - 5:00pm The Home Depot Parking Lot Our third annual Caged for Critters event is scheduled and planning has begun! Once again, Funds for Furry Friends will be seeking upstanding members in the community willing to help out raising funds by getting "caged" to support the rescue! If you know anyone that might want to volunteer, please email us at adoptions@fundsfurfriends.com. We are now looking for participants to be caged! The event will once again contain an outstanding silent auction, and the rescue will be seeking supporters to assist with making the silent auction for 2010 as outstanding as the one we had last year! There will be plenty of food and fun to be had by all at this fun family-friendly event. Details coming soon - check back for updates as the event approaches to learn about participants and prizes! Past Events Chuck-a-Puck - January 2nd, 2010 PUCKS FOR PUPS! Brandon Wheat Kings fans lend a helping paw by purchasing foam hockey pucks to throw on the ice in support of Funds for Furry Friends! Click Here for pictures of this event! Pet Photos with Santa - November 28th, 2009 & November 29th, 2009 CREATE A LASTING MEMORY AND EXTEND A HELPING PAW! This year's Santa photos were a ton of fun! Many people and pets came out to see the man in red and help out Funds for Furry Friends pet rescue this holiday season! Click Here for pictures of this event! Pawsitively Creative Scrapbooking Event CREATIONS FOR CATS AND DESIGNS FOR DOGS! The Pawsitively Creative Scrapbooking event was pawsitively wonderful! The event brought out many local scrapbookers for a day of scrapbooking fun, makes and takes – and so much more! Click Here for pictures of this event! Travellers Day Parade - June 6th, 2009 FUNDS FOR FURRY FRIENDS PAWS IN MOTION! The traveller's day parade was a ton of fun and we would sincerely like to thank all the people and paws that came out to support us and walk in the parade! Click Here for pictures of this event! The Second Annual Caged for Critters Event - May 30th, 2009 UPSTANDING MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY IMPOUNDED FOR OUR FURRY FRIENDS! To date this has been the rescue's most successful fundraising event! With so many lending support to the rescue - from our volunteers to the local businesses that extended a helping hand - this year's Caged for Critters event helped out the rescue in a very big way! Click Here for pictures of this event! Earth Day - April 19th, 2009 We'd like to thank the organizers of Earth Day 2009 for inviting Funds for Furry Friends to participate in the event. We'd also like to extend our thanks to all of the foster homes and volunteers that were able to bring dogs and come out to the event. Pet Photos with Santa - November 29th, 2009 & November 30th, 2009 We'd like to thank the Petursson family for their hospitality and assistance with the event, which took place at the NEW Purple Poodle location! Travellers Day Parade - June 7th, 2008 WALK WITH US AND SUPPORT FUNDS FOR FURRY FRIENDS! The First Annual Caged for Critters Event - May 24th, 2008 UPSTANDING MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY IMPOUNDED FOR OUR FURRY FRIENDS! We'd like to thank the many upstanding members of the community that gave their support and participated in this event. Montana's Cookhouse "Garland of Hope" Fundraiser Event - January 6, 2008 SUPPORT OUR RESCUE BY EATING AT THIS LOCAL STEAKHOUSE! Montana's Cookhouse "Garland of Hope" Fundraiser Event raised $3000 for Funds for Furry Friends.
