Those who ask what difference
does it make saving just one have not witnessed the joy of
the one who is saved!

Rocket is a sweet boy was found on the side of the road months ago and to the disappointment of a good samaritin she has not been able to find Rocket a home. He is full of energy, likely too much for young children. 12 yrs + would likely be best for this boisterous fella. He knows how to sit, and so far as come off as friendly with our dogs here. As for cats I'm not too sure. He is full of kisses and cuddles, appears to think he is a lap dog. Walks relatively well on leash with some pulling which would likely improve with consistant walks as I'm not sure if he'd ever been on a leash. We have all fallen in love with Rocket and would keep him if it was possible.

Jackson is a 6 year old purebred American Pitbull Terrier, whom is owners call a "gentle giant" at 112lbs. He is overweight due to hypothyroidism, for which he is on an inexpensive medication (about $20.00 per month). Jackson is neutered and vaccinated up-to-date. Jackson is quite laid back and is a very low energy dog. He prefers shorter walks. Jackson is a sweet and gentle dog, but as he has never been around children before, we would feel most comfortable placing him in a home without kids. He really isn't interested in playing with toys and we would prefer that he be the only pet in the household, as he likes to have all the attention for himself! What he really lives for is love and praise from his people. He could hand out hugs and cuddles all day long! Jackson is living in an area where his breed is banned and his neighbor is threatened to have him seized. For this reason, his owners are seeking a new home. If you are interested in Jackson please contact jennavive_@hotmail.com.? |
