Ava is a very cute little girl who has recently come into rescue. She was surrendered to the pound along with another dog that appears to be her 6 month old pup. Ava is a very friendly and social little girl. She is very affectionate and friendly. This young girl is quite curious about the world around her. Ava seems to be very good with other dogs. She was introduced to a bigger dog, and while she did bark a couple time initially, but then she was surprisingly submissive with her approach! Ava is curious about cats, but was fine with the felines we introduced her to. She seems to be fine with cats, but may try to chase or play. Ava is a generally happy and good natured dog. She would probably be fine in a home with children. She is not black and white - her dark patches are actually a brindle color, which is very cute! She seems to be a very athletic dog, and while she will jump up for attention - she doesn't seem to be a overly hyper dog. Ava is brand new and is not yet in a foster home environment, so we can't comment too much on her housemanners or her housebreaking at this time. She has been very clean at the kennel. We will update Ava's description soon with more information! She is scheduled to be spayed very soon! (Indoor Home Only!)
