Acorn is a friendly young girl who has a wonderful disposition. This gal adores people and is very happy to meet everyone she encounters! Acorn is wonderful with people, but she does jump up a little. Acorn was surrendered to the local pound when her owners could no longer keep her. Acorn is housebroken, and we are told she knows how to sit and shake-a-paw. Acorn is great with other dogs, but she is not good with cats. She seems to really like kids, and we have been told that she has been exposed to children as young as five years old, and she enjoys children. While Acorn likes kids, she is still very much a puppy and she might be too much for young kids. Acorn loves to be outside and she enjoys any opportunity to run around outside and play. Acorn loves her chew toys, and is very fond of kongs. She also loves anything that squeaks! Acorn would really enjoy a home on an acerage, where she can spend a lot of time outside. This young girl is a powerful dog, and she is very strong on leash. This is one area where she will need some significant training. Acorn has a great temperment, and she is a lot of fun!
