Earth Day - April 19th 2009
A great opportunity for exposure and a little time to socialize...

The rescue was invited to participate in the Earth Day Celebrations held at the Princess Park. The organizers of Earth Day invited the rescue to bring dogs, dogs and more dogs! This family-friendly event offered our rescue and so many dogs an opportunity to get a little exposure, and have some fun too!

Some of the other fun festivities at Earth Day include an escape artist, storytelling, a bike draw and art projects for kids too! This event is designed with families in mind - what better place for a pet?
